Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgage and Equity release you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 0.5% of the loan amount or we can accept commission from the lender or there can be  a combination of the two.

‘Equity Release’ includes home reversion plans and lifetime mortgages. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.
The FSA does not regulate some forms of Buy to let mortgages and some forms of Inheritance Tax and estate Planning.

Peter Cook

Having spent many years working in management and senior positions with Life and pensions companies, Peter became an IFA in 2005.

He has extensive pension, investment and Inheritance Tax planning knowledge and specialises in these areas. His aim is to develop strong and long term business relations with his clients.

The Government have announced that in 2012, the minimum level of qualifications required by financial advisers will be raised. This may result in many IFA’s choosing to leave the industry. As a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute and holding a Diploma in Financial Services, Peter has already met these new qualification standards and hopes to continue as an IFA for many years to come.
